Sleep: the elixir of life! We all want more and better quality, but how do we go about it? Insomnia is a multifaceted problem. About two-thirds of american adults are deficient in Vitamin D..  Because we think of vitamin D as a “vitamin” its far reaching influences on our health is often underrated.  Vitamin D is a hormone and plays key roles in neurotransmitter regulation, mood, immune health, and much more.  Our bodies produce its own Vitamin D with ample sunshine and cholesterol (not a bad word!)
